If I purchase a package that requires a hosting contract & your uptime is horrible, then what?
It's a fair question. We want to let you know that we have redundant firewalls, redundant connections, redundant servers, redundant SAN, redundant backups, etc.. Did we mentioned the word "Redundant?" We have invested a tremendous amount of money to make sure your service doesn't get interrupted and that your service is great.
However if that answer is still not good enough, let us answer this question further. There are times where we upgrade our servers, etc. There are scheduled down times often in the middle of the night. If your site is down more than 4 hours a month then we will discount your monthly bill 5% for every hour that we are down that month.
Bottom-line, we don't go down! but we give you this assurance so you can take confidence in working with Rocket Web Design.
